UCX Suite Web Portal Access

Imagicle UCX on-prem and Cloud Suite provides a web interface for both administrator and users purposes.

You can reach the web interface typing this URL in the web browser: https://Server_UCX

where Server_UCX is the IP address or server's FQDN where Imagicle UCX Suite is installed on.

If you are leveraging an Imagicle UCX Cloud Suite, the web portal URL is provided by Imagicle Cloud team and it is typically in this format: https://customer-public.imagicle.cloud/

Where customer is the actual customer name.

The URL is the same for administration and common usage. The setup program also creates a Desktop shortcut on the server and a link in the Start menu.

To log in as the main administrator, please enter the following credentials:

  • UCX on-prem Suite (default value):

    • Up to Imagicle 2025.Winter.1:

      • Username: admin

      • Password: admin

    • From Imagicle 2025.Spring.1:

      • Username: admin

      • Password: Administrator1$

  • UCX Cloud Suite: administrator username and a complex password provided by Cloud team.

There is no way to recover above passwords once lost. If you loose the password, please contact Imagicle Support.

Once you are logged in, your session will expire after 4 hours of inactivity.

SSO - Single Sign On

Starting from Imagicle UC Suite 2022.Winter.1, Single Sign-On is supported, based on SAML or OpenID Connect protocols. If this feature is enabled, user should enter own SSO user ID and eventually the authentication request is redirected to the federated SSO Identity Provider (IDP), where a password and/or a multifactor token should be entered. See below sample:

To learn how to enable SSO in your UCX Suite or UCX Cloud Suite, please consult this KB.

Username autofill

When the access to UCX Suite web portal is integrated into a third party application, you can leverage two specific URLs including the username:

Username in login’s first page

The following URL automatically fills the username with the {username} attribute:

https://<UCX_SUITE_HOSTNAME>/fw/web-portal/index.html#/suite/login?usernameautofill={username}

If you are leveraging SSO, this is the URL to use.

Just hit CONTINUE to proceed with login.

Username in login’s second page

The following URL automatically fills the username with the {username} attribute and directly asks for the password.

https://<UCX_SUITE_HOSTNAME>/fw/web-portal/index.html#/suite/login?username={username}

If you are leveraging local authentication or against a source with no SSO, then you must use this URL.

In both cases, <UCX_SUITE_HOSTNAME> must be replace with proper UCX Suite IP/FQDN.
