Description:

Instructions for loading an additional Country to Blue's Enterprise 4

Cause:

New Country requested and sent

Solution:

  • Close all Blue's Enterprise 4 programs, in case stop Blue's Enterprise 4 services from Windows Service Manager
  • Extract folder from attached zip and copy it to C:\Program Files\BluesEnterprise\International
  • Run Blue's Enterprise 4 Guided Configuration from start -> Programs -> Telcen BluesEnterprise4 Guided Configuration..
  • Click Next .. select SITE configuration .. click next
  • Select the site to be configured and click Configure .. click next ....
  • In the Country field select the preferred Country and click next
  • Select the preferred price list and click next ..next.. finish
  • Restart Blue's services and programs
