High Availability

Warning: High availability for Imagicle Applications is provided through cluster configuration. Please check the general High Availability section of the Imagicle Application Suite administation guide before reading on.

How it works

The IVR Module supports High availability natively, provided QME redundancy is configured on the PBX. Please see "HA Configuration and Call Survivability" in QME Administration Guide.


You need a different IVR Module license for each node of the cluster.
