UCSuite version 2021.3.1.h3

Description

When UCMA gateway runtime 3.0 is installed on the suite, the service Presence.Lync.Connector.Service won't start.

The following error can be found in the event viewer:

Service cannot be started. System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices, Version=15.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
File name: 'Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices, Version=15.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35'

Solution

1. Edit  <StonevoiceAS>\Apps\Presence\Component\Assembly\Presence.Lync.Connector.Service.exe.config 
2. Add the following lines after the row 35 in the privatePath attribute of the proibing tag:

   
   Lib\Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices;
   Lib\MailBee;
   
   

3. Start the service again
