SSO against Cisco Webex Identity Provider

This article describes how to enable Single Sign-On against Cisco Webex Control Hub, to allow Imagicle users to login to web portal, gadgets and Attendant Console with SSO.

Procedure

In order to successfully enable Webex Control Hub SSO, you should contact Imagicle Support team and provide the following data:

• Imagicle UCX Cloud Suite web URL, like https://<customer_name>-public.imagicle.cloud/
• Region where UCCS is deployed: Frankfurt (EU), N.Virginia (US), London (UK), Canada, Japan
• SSO domains in use

Once Imagicle receives above data, the SSO activation is accomplished in few days.
