StoneFax web interface offers integrated diagnostic features.

To test outgoing faxes:

  • Log onto the web interface as a user with privilege level 10 on StoneFax and on User Management. Do not use the main administrator, who is not allowed to send and receive faxes, since it does not have a full profile.
  • Try to send a fax through the web interface.
  • Click on "global outbox" and check the error description. Detailed error reference is attached to this article.
