Imagicle Advanced Queueing and Auto Attendant, both included in Imagicle UCX On-Prem/Cloud Suite, connect to the IP-PBX via SIP trunk and RTP audio streams, and it provides audio announcements via G.711 and G.729 codecs, without additional transcoding resources.

Inbound calls are routed via SIP to Imagicle server. Once the call is answered, it can be eventually routed to a final internal/external destination number through a blind transfer.
