How to increase the limit of call parties joining a conference call

Applies to:

Imagicle UCX Suite, any version.

Imagicle UCX Agent/Attendant Console, any version.

Description:

By default, UCX Console can join up to 4 call parties in a conference call.

How-to:

1. Access to Imagicle UCX Suite via RDP session (UCX on-prem Suite only)

2. Navigate to: <StonevoiceAS>\Apps\ApplicationSuite\Settings

3. Open the file: ApplicationSuite.Phone.Control.config.xml

4. Add in <configuration> section the line:
   <preference key="conference.max.parties" value="2" />
   Where 2 is the number of joinable parties. 
   Note: Set 0 for unlimited

5. Save

6. Restart the service "Telephony service" in Windows services
