DI Architecture

The Imagicle Hotel Services is a bundle of four apps included in the Imagicle UCX Suite for Cisco UC. It adds hotel functionalities by leveraging the applications available in the UCX Suite and adding special features like a dedicated connector to the PMS integrating the Cisco UC platform with the most popular hotel PMS on the market.
No additional server or components are required as the Imagicle UCX Suite virtual machine nativeli integrates with both Cisco UCM/WxC DI and Hotel PMS via IP based protocols.
