License Activation

Imagicle Call Recording offers two different license types:

• Per Channel license, based on concurrent recorded conversations, regardless the number of recording-enabled users.
• Per User license, based on the number of named users enabled for Call Recording

Imagicle Call Recording license seamlessly supports all available recording methods and recording features, without any additional add-on license.

Evaluation

During the 30 days free evaluation period, you can leverage a channel-based license including 5 concurrent recordings. 

How to activate the license

To activate the license, follow the standard procedure you can find in the General configuration section.
