Cisco Dial-in Recording Method on CUCM

Configuration for Automated Dial-In recording mode

CTI/TAPI Device association

Automated Dial-In recording requires an IP Phone to be controlled through CTI/TAPI. 
Associate all the devices you want to use with Automated Dial-In to the ImagicleCTI user you created during TSP setup.

CallManager Service Parameters configuration

To let a user record conference call, the "Advanced Ad Hoc Conference" Service Parameter of the "Call Manager" service has to be enabled.

Ruote Pattern Creation

A fixed-length Route Pattern must be configured accordingly with the phone number prefix specified in Imagicle web portal: Call Recording ⇒ Global Settings ⇒ Pilot Numbers ⇒ Automated Recording (9000XXXX in below samples):
