Manager-Assistant BLF Parameters
Imagicle M/A leverages CTI ports to monitor Managers' and Assistants' phones, to know upfront if their phone lines are busy or available to take calls. This menu item allows to define a range of CTI ports for this purpose.
From left pane web panel, please select IPS Manager Assistant → BLF Parameters. The following page appears:

CTI Route Point and filter CTI Ports
This section includes the following parameters:
CTI Route Point name → This is the CTI Route Point name already created on CUCM to light up the Filter BLF button.
CTI ports name prefix → This is the prefix added to CTI ports automatically provisioned on CUCM for each Manager-Assistant association. They are used to light up Filter BLF button.
CTI ports DN range begin → This is the first CTI port DN within chosen range.
CTI ports DN range end → This is the last CTI port DN within chosen range. The range should cover the overall number of Managers-Assistances associations in the system.
Device pool → CTI ports are defined within the chosen CUCM Device Pool
Partition → CTI ports are defined within the chosen CUCM Partition
Calling Search Space → CTI ports are defined within the chosen CUCM CSS
IP Phone Configuration
This section includes the following parameters:
Manager Softkey template → Choose here the softkey template previously created for Managers' phones.
Manager feature control keys → Pick one from pull-down menu (if any)
Subscribe CSS → Select proper Subscribe CSS to grant the rights to monitor the status of Managers and Assistants.
Phone Button template by IP Phone
This section allows to provision different phone button templates to different Cisco IP Phone models, to be used by Managers and Assistants. Typically, these templates include a Service URL button (SURL) and two Speed Dial BLFs for associated Managers or Assistants.
