Getting Started with Hotel Services
Imagicle Hotel Services is included in any UCX on-prem or Cloud Suite and it acts as a middleware between your Cisco calling platform and the PMS application in use.
Preliminary checks
Please make sure your PMS application is included in the list of supported applications, available here.
Hotel Services bundle is only compatible with on-prem Cisco UCM, Webex Calling DI and MT. For the latter one, some limitations are in place.
Dial plan for rooms' phone sets must follow this simple rule: room number = extension number. Fixed prefix prepended to ext. number are allowed.
Hotel Services license is based on the number of hotel rooms included in the property. Any other phone sets used outside rooms, like receptionists, hotel admin staff, meeting rooms, etc. are out of scope and they might require different licenses to provide additional Imagicle features.

Rooms provisioning is accomplished by accessing UCX Suite web portal with administrator credentials. Hotel rooms settings are described here.
