What is Voice Analytics?
Imagicle Voice Analytics is a cloud-based UCX Platform add-on module for Imagicle Compliancy Recording, which allows to transcribe audio contents and provide Sentiment Analysis from recorded conversations saved in Imagicle UCX On-prem and Cloud Suite or saved in UCX Platform.
Starting from Imagicle 2026.Summer.1 release, Voice Analytics add-on has been included into Imagicle Call Recording AI Insights license profile and you can find a description of the related AI features in the following KB articles:
