SSO and UCX Suite integrations
By selecting the “Integrations” button on Admin Home Page’s left-most panel or by clicking on “Integrate UCX Suite” menu option, you can access to the Integrations page, which currently includes the following two options:
UCX Suites: Allows to connect an on-prem Imagicle UCX Suite or UCX Cloud Suite to the UCX Platform portal, to provide a direct access to UCX Suite web portal.
Single Sign-on: Allows to enable Webex SSO and a generic SAML-based or OpenID-based SSO authentication for the users associated to the UCX Platform.

Integrations web page
First time you access this page, both integrations are likely empty, except in the case your infrastructure includes an Imagicle UCX Cloud Suite: in that case, relevant UCX Suite entry should be already added by Imagicle Cloud team.
UCX Suites Integration
Please click on + Create to add an UCX Suite. The following window pops-up:

Just enter a name of your choice to identify the Imagicle UCX Suite instance and then add a https URL including instance FQDN, which allows to reach the instance from any workstation and subsequently properly perform SSO authentication.
You can also add multiple URLs, to handle a redundant cluster or public/private addressing, but only the one flagged with yellow star is accessible to customer.
By clicking on Create , a new window pops-up, displaying the Client ID and the Client Secret to be associated to the Imagicle UCX Suite instance:

Above parameters should be added in UCX Suite System Parameters. In this way, the Imagicle instance is connected to the Imagicle UCX Platform and it can leverage native Imagicle Cloud applications like Voice Analytics, Virtual Receptionist, Voice Virtual Agents and Cognito-based Single Sign-on..
Single Sign-on Integration
Please click on + Create to add a SSO method. The following window pops-up:

Within above window, first of all you are invited to choose the preferred SSO integration among:
Open ID Connect: Standard SSO protocol widely used by several Identity Providers.
Webex: native Cisco Webex Calling SSO protocol to login to its Control Hub.
SAML: Another standard SSO protocol widely used by several Identity Providers.
SSO integration(s) added in this UCX Platform are applied to all UCX Suite(s) integrated within the same Platform.
Open ID Connect
Once “Open Id Connect” is selected from pull-down menu, you are invited to perform the configuration of your Identity Provider by leveraging the Redirect URI proposed in the window:

Once the IdP configuration has been applied, the procedure returns Client ID, Client Secret and an Issuer URL. Just enter all of them in above window and hit Create to enable SSO for UCX Platform users.
Webex SSO
Thanks to Imagicle native Webex Calling integration, enabling Webex SSO is very easy. By selecting “Webex” from pull-down menu, the following window appears:

Just toggle the switch to the right, to get SSO authorized. Then hit Create to enable Webex SSO for UCX Platform users.
SAML
Once “SAML” is selected from pull-down menu, you are invited to perform the configuration of your Identity Provider by leveraging the Redirect URI and Entity ID proposed in the window:

Once the IdP configuration has been applied, the procedure returns a metadata XML file to be uploaded in above window. Once done, just hit Create to enable SSO for UCX Platform users.
Final Integrations web page layout
Once both UCX Suite and SSO integrations have been accomplished, the Integrations web page should have a layout like below sample:

Obviously, depending on your environment, this page might includes multiple UCX Suite integrations and also multiple SSO integrations.
If multiple SSO integrations are in place, please bear in mind that each time a UCX Platform login is performed, user is prompted to choose own SSO Identity Provider before entering credentials.
By clicking on each UCX or SSO integration, you can display relevant data and remove it by hitting the button.
Each UCX Suite entry includes a pin icon, by default unselected. If you click on pin icon, then relevant UCX Suite entry will appear into UCX Platform users' web interface, allowing them to access UCX Suite web portal.
