Imagicle UCX Platform provides a single, cloud-based web portal, where all users and administrators are entitled to access the different components of the Imagicle solution, including the Imagicle UCX Suite (if required by the solution). By leveraging their standard login credentials, with or without SSO, each administrator accesses the UCX Platform with own, specific permission level.
The very first administrator must be enabled by Imagicle Support team, who is going to share the credentials to access it. All further standard/admin users can be manually added by the administrator or provisioned against an external source.
