Users' Synchronization Integration

This section allows to synchronize UCX Platform users with an external source. This is the involved panel:

Please click on + Create to add a provisioning source. The following window pops-up:

Above pull-down menu allows to select the following provisioning source:

• Cisco Webex Control Hub

• Microsoft Entra ID

Limitations and behaviors

Single integration only

• You cannot create more than one User Synchronization integration.

You can't delete a User Synchronization integration

• Deleting or disable an the integration is not yet supported. Please contact Imagicle Support team.
