Delete and reimport all calls on Billy Blue's 4

Solution:

Please follow this procedure:

  1. Stop the ​Imagicle Replication Service from the Windows Service Panel


     
  2. Stop the Blue's Service Host from the Windows Service Panel


     
  3. Backup your storicoSITE.txt (\StonevoiceAS\Apps\BillyBlues\Engine\BluesrecPro) file.
    This file contains all calls imported up to now, so it's the most important file, take it care.
  4. Delete all your calls (make sure to backup of your Storico files)
    PLEASE NOTE: here under queries will delete ALL your calls, so please make sure you have backed up your database before running the queries

    To perform this task you can't delete calls in company data manually but you need a query to delete calls in the BillyBlues Database.
    Install Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and use it to run this query:

    
    truncate table chiamate
    truncate table chiamateinterne
    truncate table scarti
    truncate table scarti_tracking
    truncate table chiamate_tracking
    truncate table chiamateinterne_tracking 
    
    
  5. Re-import your calls
    Open the "\StonevoiceAS\Apps\BillyBlues\Engine\BluesrecPro" folder
    This folder contains one or more historical files - StoricoSITx.txt, (depending on how many remote pbx are configured in the blues).
    The following operation must be followed for each pabx configured in Billy Blues, before proceeding run Billy Blues configuration and verify the importation path and files names for each configured Site.

    Let's suppose that you want to reimport data for SITE:
    a) Check "Configured Sites" in web page |Billing|Administrative Pages|System Status|
    b) Open the \StonevoiceAS\Apps\BillyBluesEngine\BluesrecPro
    Make a copy of StoricoSITx.txt in the same folder and rename it in 'BluesrecSITx.txt' (it will be replaced)
    Example
    StoricoSIT1.txt will be replaced in BluesrecSIT1.txt
    StoricoSIT2.txt will be replaced in BluesrecSIT2.txt
    StoricoSIT3.txt will be replaced in BluesrecSIT3.txt
  6. Start Billy Blue's services, miner will start importation, this process may take a while to complete.
     
  7. If you want to import older calls, repeat this procedure (Re-import your calls)
    using StoricoSITx_YYYYMMDD.txt files when the BluesrecSITx.txt is empty (0kb).
    ​This operation must be followed for each pabx configured

    ​Example
    StoricoSIT1_20200101.txt will be replaced in BluesrecSIT1.txt
    StoricoSIT2_20190101.txt will be replaced in BluesrecSIT2.txt
    StoricoSIT3_20190601.txt will be replaced in BluesrecSIT3.txt
     
  8. Start Imagicle Replication Service at the end of the procedure.
