The publishing function is the final step when you are confident with your flow and want to go live. It is quite easy: You just need to click on the “Publish” button below, but you need to keep a couple of considerations in mind.

Activate the bot for a specific department if you didn’t set this on the setting tab “Routing and department”. If you have already assigned the bot to a department, you can skip this step and select publish;

Install the bot using a selection of tools. This step is necessary to use your bot with your customers. Read more in the installation article.
