General Settings

The Settings section allows to configure many aspects of your Smartflows project. In particular:

• Customize, install, and translate the chat BOT widget

• Setup routing logic and manage departments

• Create and manage users groups

• Setup email ticketing

• Create canned responses

• Create Tags

• Define Operating Hours rules

• Define Integrations 

• Configure Project Settings

Access the settings tab from the left menu by clicking on the gear icon at the bottom of the menu tab:
