The "Send Email" block allows to send email directly from BOT flow. This action can be used, for example, to send confirmation or information to a user.
As always, it is possible to use flow attributes to populate the block fields.
As a best practice, we suggest to:

always validate email addresses if they are captured from the user input, in order to avoid errors

include a success message or a follow-up action in the BOT flow to inform the user that the email has been sent
