UCX Suite for Cisco Webex Calling MT

Architecture

The Imagicle Hotel Services is a bundle of four apps included in the Imagicle UCX Cloud Suite for Cisco Webex Calling MT. It adds a limited set of hotel functionalities by leveraging the applications available in the UCX Suite and adding special features like a dedicated connector to the PMS integrating the Cisco Cloud platform with the most popular hotel PMS on the market.

The following hotel services are supported in this architecture:

• Check-in/check-out acknowledgement

• Wake-up calls

• Guest calls billing

• Housekeeping service status

No additional server or components are required as the Imagicle Cloud instance natively integrates with both Cisco WxC MT through Internet OTT and Hotel PMS via Private Peering and specific IP protocols.

Multi-property scenario, with multiple PMS connections, is supported on a project base. Please contact Imagicle for further details.
