Getting started with UCX Suite

Imagicle UCX Suite is available as a Cloud instance, deployed in Imagicle Cloud, or you can install it on-prem on an actual or virtual server at customer’s premise.

UCX Cloud Suite deployment

Here is a list of activities to onboard a new Imagicle Cloud instance:

• Choose the Cloud instance type which best suits your needs

• Request a new Cloud onboarding

• Choose the private peering for Dedicated Cloud instance only

UCX on-prem Suite installation

Here is a list of activities to install a new Imagicle on-prem instance:

• Check installation requirements, in terms of Windows OS and Domain policies

• Check Anti-virus setup

• Check firewall rules for port opening

• Run UCX Suite installation package

• Activate your own Windows Server license

Global configurations

Common configurations should be applied on Imagicle UCX Suite web portal and on the Calling Platform in place, regardless the applications in scope:

• Global Setup in a Cisco UCM or Webex Calling DI environment

• Cloud onboarding and global setup in a Webex Calling MT environment

• Cloud onboarding and global setup in a MS-Teams environment
