Getting Started with Contact Manager

Imagicle Contact manager allows you to populate multiple directories with internal/external contacts and access them for search and call from many different places and devices.

Preparatory tasks

Before starting to define directories, please make sure you have all external contact sources available/reachable for provisioning. For what concerns Department and Personal directories, make sure that all users who should access those directories are properly configured.

Configuration steps

Depending on the Calling Platform in use, we have summarized all required configurations to be applied on Imagicle UCX Suite web portal and on the Calling Platform:

Whatever is your calling platform, the access to Imagicle contacts is always available from web portal and from UCX Console.
