Getting Started with Contact Manager
Imagicle Contact manager allows you to populate multiple directories with internal/external contacts and access them from many different places. Before starting to define directories, please make sure you have all contacts source available and who should access those directories: global, department or personal usage.
Configuration steps
Create all the directories you need, with proper permissions assigned to users.
Setup the global settings, including various parameters.
Populate each directory from a CSV file, from an external source or just manually add the contacts from web portal or from Imagicle gadget.
If you are leveraging a Cisco UCM/WxC DI calling platform, you can access contacts from IP Phones, from IM client and from Finesse. You can also define speed dials, through Smart Numbers feature.
In a WxC MT environment, you can access contacts from Webex Desktop client.
In a MS-Teams environment, you can access contacts from MS-Teams client.
Whatever is your UC platform, the access to Imagicle contacts is always available from web portal and from UCX Console.
