UCX Console Installation and first run
UCX Console installation
Agents and switchboard operators which have been configured into Imagicle UCX Platform can leverage UCX Console functionalities by downloading and installing Imagicle UCX Console PC client on their own workstations from Imagicle web site: http://www.imagicle.com/download

Setup package includes a simple wizard that, other than installing UCX Console client, installs some mandatory Windows components needed for proper console operativity.
Imagicle UCX Console client for macOS workstations has been effectively discontinued as of October 2023. Existing customers using this UCX Console version can keep using it and Imagicle is maintaining and applying fixes on the latest supported version (Summer 2022). There won't be any more updates to support newer macOS versions: last supported is macOS 12.7 "Monterey". Moreover, Imagicle is not going to add new features in the future, other than those already included in Summer 2022. As an example, Microsoft Calendar OAuth2 integration, SSO support and Conversational AI chat panel features are not included. Specific mandatory requirements for a macOS-based UCX Console are evaluated on a project base. Please contact Imagicle for further details.
Imagicle UCX Console client does not support workstations based on Arm® CPU.
UCX Console First Time Login
First time you launch UCX Console client:
The application prompts you to enter the FQDN or IP address of Imagicle UCX Suite server. For HA environments, please enter Primary Imagicle Server’s IP/FQDN
“Secure connection” flag, if selected, allows UCX Console connection to UCX Platform through a secure, TLS 1.2 encrypted TCP session on port 51235 (Cisco and Avaya) and port 51236 (MS-Teams). If you are leveraging an Imagicle UCX Cloud Suite, secure connection is mandatory.

Once Connection options are saved, you are prompted to enter your user’s credentials.
If UCX Suite is synched with Active Directory, you just have to enter your Windows login credentials. Imagicle UCX console supports SSO too.
