UCX Suite for Cross Platform

Architecture

Imagicle UCX Agent/Attendant Console is a client/server application.

Imagicle UCX Console Server, included in the Imagicle UCX Suite, manages the CTI connection between UCX Suite server and the IP-PBX system, as well as the connection to the other components (phonebooks, presence, queuing system). 
If the IP-PBX in use doesn’t natively support TAPI protocol, Imagicle can optionally provide a specific component to convert PBX-specific CTI protocols to TAPI.

For IP-PBXs not supporting CTI at all, Imagicle can optionally provide a specific CTI component to directly monitor uaCSTA-enabled IP phones like selected Poly or Yealink SIP phone models. Please contact Imagicle for supported phone models and relevant firmware versions.

UCX Console clients only connect and interact with UCS Suite server through a proprietary, plain TCP or TLS 1.2 encrypted session, thus guaranteeing simplicity and providing top security.

Imagicle UCX Console client/server architecture supports up to 100 concurrent logged-in clients on each server. The common centralized CTI module monitors up to 10,000 phones.
