UCX Suite for MS-Teams
Architecture
The embedded Imagicle UCX Agent/Attendant Console Server manages the native call control and telephony features through Azure Communication Services (ACS) SDK, allowing UCX Console to act a softphone device without necessarily having to run MS-Teams client within the same PC workstation.
Imagicle architecture also allows to leverage a SIP desk phone, where UCX Console acts as a CTI phone bar to control SIP device through Imagicle embedded CTI server component.
The clients only connect and interact with UCX Suite server through a proprietary, encrypted TLS 1.2 session, thus guaranteeing simplicity and providing top security. An Imagicle Public SBC is inserted between Imagicle Cloud instances and Microsoft Teams Cloud, to provide an appropriate environment separation.
This architecture grants a complete independence from the PSTN access adopted by customer. Can be either through a local SBC (Direct Routing), Operator-connect or leveraging MS-Teams own Cloud Calling Plans.
