Users' Web Portal

Imagicle UCX Platform provides a single, cloud-based web portal, where all users are entitled to access the different components of the Imagicle solution, including the Imagicle UCX Cloud Suite (if required by the solution). By leveraging their standard login credentials, with or without SSO, each user accesses the UCX Platform with own, specific permission level.

Left side Recommended for you panel includes useful links to various Imagicle technical resources, like webinars, Knowledge base guides, Support portal and Release notes.

Central Your applications panel provides the access to Imagicle Cloud web portals for UCX Agent Chat Console, Call Recording and Voice Analytics. The access to these applications is dictated by assigned product licenses and user’s permissions.

Right side What’s up? panel allow the access to latest Imagicle Beat articles about Imagicle new features and solutions.

On leftmost bar, the button allows you to go back to Home page

On top-right corner, you can find:

• → Shortcuts to different UCX Platform components, including Imagicle UCX Suite

• → Account name/surname initials

• → UCX Platform logout
