Imagicle Call Recording for Microsoft Teams provides two different architectures:

Self-hosted UCX Suite in customer’s Private Azure Cloud, requiring at least a Call Recording PRO license profile.

Full Cloud UCX Platform solution, available through any Call Recording license profile.
In this KB section, we highlight the Full Cloud solution, which allows to record both internal and external calls initiated or received by MS-Teams enabled users and native Call Queues, through a dedicated Recording Policy and Imagicle Azure Bots which route recording streams to an Imagicle dedicated MS-Azure recording engine. This architecture grants a complete independence from the PSTN access adopted by customer. Can be either through a local SBC (Direct Routing) or leveraging MS-Teams own Cloud PSTN access. Direct Routing Media Bypass is supported, too.
