UCX Suite for WxC MT

Architecture

Imagicle Advanced Queuing/Auto Attendant engine natively connects to Webex Calling Multi-Tenant Cloud via Secure SIP trunk, to provide call routing and audio announcements using G.711 codec. Dial Plan-based routing grants complete independence from the PSTN access adopted by customer. If Webex Trunking SIP routing is adopted instead, supported PSTN access are through a local gateway or Cloud-Connected PSTN only.

Call Control and Presence are authorized and collected by leveraging Webex APIs.
