UCX Suite for CUCM/CCME/WxC DI
Architecture
The application engine, included with both On Prem UCX Suite or UCX Cloud instance, connects to the Cisco UCM, CCME or Webex Calling DI calling platforms via SIP or Secure SIP trunk, RTP or sRTP audio streams, and it provides audio announcements via G.711 and G.729 codecs, without external/additional transcoding resources.
It gets the call via SIP, make a consultation transfer to operator’s phone via SIP and, once connected, it completes the transfer via standard SIP REFER. It can monitor the operator’s and user’s phone status via CTI/TAPI or SIP Simple. No need of CTI ports on Cisco UCM, for a very easy configuration.
Advanced Queuing solution for WxC DI is delivered from Imagicle Cloud and it requires a Private Peering between Imagicle Cloud and customer premise.
CTI monitoring is not available on CCME.
