Microsoft Teams Configurations Summary

In this article we are listing all the required configurations to apply on both Microsoft Teams admin/Azure web portal and UCX Suite to properly enable the SIP routing of inbound calls to Imagicle Advanced Queuing.

Configurations on Microsoft Admin Portal or DR SBC

Make sure you have already onboarded your Microsoft Tenant.

Microsoft Teams onboarding and global setup

Native OTT encrypted call routing to Imagicle queues, leveraging MS-Teams Auto Attendant (any PSTN access).

Define a Secure SIP trunk between MS-Teams Cloud and Imagicle UCX Suite; transmit domain name and queue number(s) to Imagicle team.

Microsoft Teams Native SIP Routing to Imagicle Cloud

OTT encrypted call routing to Imagicle queues, leveraging a local SBC (MS Direct Routing architecture only).

Define a Secure SIP trunk between local DR SBC and Imagicle UCX Suite; share SBC data, digital certificates and queue number(s) with Imagicle team.

Configuration may vary depending on SBC brand in use. Please contact Imagicle for further details.
