Architecture

Imagicle Call Recording allows the integration to any IP-PBX supporting SIP trunking and three-parties conference call. A user who wishes to record a call, can manually establish a conference call including local, remote parties and Imagicle Call Recording pilot number (on-demand recording only). The call is recorded and saved in Imagicle UCX Suite, without including remote party number in its metadata.

If IP-PBX calls are routed to PSTN using a SIPREC-enabled Media Gateway, like Audiocodes Mediant series or Cisco CUBE, then Imagicle Call Recording can leverage this method, allowing to automatically record all inbound/outbound PSTN calls (always-on recording only).
