Architecture

Native Imagicle Call Recording integration provides six worldwide regional hubs, each of them interfaced to relevant Webex Calling region: USA, Canada, UK, EU, Dubai, Japan. Cisco Webex Cloud forwards recording streams to the nearest Imagicle regional hub through a high-speed encrypted private peering. The routing of those recording streams to local UCX Cloud Suite instances is granted by Imagicle Cloud own SBC.
