Imagicle Compliance Recording Provider Architecture

Imagicle Call Recording Advanced compliancy recording solution for Webex Calling MT leverages own recording engine, integrated with six worldwide regional hubs, in turns interfaced to relevant Webex Calling region: USA, Canada, UK, EU, Dubai, Japan. Cisco Webex Cloud forwards recording streams to the nearest Imagicle regional hub through a high-speed encrypted private peering. The routing of these recording streams to local UCX Cloud Platform is granted by Imagicle Cloud own SBC.

Webex Recording Provider Architecture

Imagicle Call Recording solution for Webex Calling MT, in its Essentials version, can leverage Webex own recording engine to collect recording streams coming from Webex users. Webex recorder provides convenience features only, with a limited retention period, no audit trails and no Legal Hold features.

In this scenaio, Imagicle imports Webex Recorder conversations from Cisco Cloud to Imagicle Cloud, supporting unlimited retention and multiple permission levels for standard users, group supervisors and administrators.

Moreover, Imagicle Call Recording provides an enhanced web portal and Webex gadget to browse and listen to recorded conversations, with search features and call tagging for Legal Hold.
