Imagicle Call Recording for Microsoft Teams provides two different architectures:
Self-hosted UCX Suite in customer’s Private Azure Cloud
In this KB section, we highlight the self-hosted solution, which allows to record both internal and external calls initiated or received by MS-Teams enabled users, through a dedicated Recording Policy and Imagicle Azure Bots which route recording streams to an Imagicle dedicated MS-Azure recording engine. This architecture grants a complete independence from the PSTN access adopted by customer. Can be either through a local SBC (Direct Routing) or leveraging MS-Teams own Cloud PSTN access. Direct Routing Media Bypass is supported, too.
Imagicle still supports the legacy MS-Teams Call Recording solution based on UCX Cloud Suite deployed in Imagicle Hybrid Cloud. For more details, please consult this KB article.
