UCX Cloud Suite Recorder for MS-Teams

UCX Cloud Suite architecture

Imagicle Compliance Call Recording for MS-Teams can be still provided as a full Imagicle Hybrid Cloud solution based on Imagicle UCX Cloud Suite. This architecture is offered to customers with specific needs, like:

  • Existing MS-Teams customers onboarded before October 2025

  • Mixed telephony environments, including different on-prem or Cloud-based Calling Platforms.

  • Customers who prefers having recorded audio conversations stored in the nearest local AWS DC, through a Dedicated Cloud instance, with unlimited recordings storage.

  • Customers not having an Azure subscription to support above self-hosted architecture.

In this scenario, MS Tenant users are imported from MS Entra ID and enabled for Call Recording through the procedure highlighted here.

This architecture also supports native Call Queues recording, as highlighted on MS web site.
