UCX Agent/Attendant Console

UCX Console thick client versions equal or newer than Summer 2020 require Imagicle UCX Suite release greater than 2018.Spring.1.

PC Workstation minimum requirements (thick client version)

  • CPU dual-core or higher (Arm®CPU not supported)

  • 4GB RAM

  • OS MS Windows 10/11 32-64 bit

  • 19” Monitor, 1440 x 900 or above

UCX Console client is supported by Imagicle on the following editions of Windows 10: Pro, Education and Enterprise.

UCX Console client is supported on the in-market supported servicing branches of Windows 10 including Current Branch and Current Branch for Business.

Web based agent console (Imagicle Contact Center CORE)

  • Custom tab in Cisco Jabber Desktop client for PC/MacOs

  • Custom tab in Cisco Webex Desktop client for PC/MacOs

  • Imagicle App in Microsoft Teams client

Supported phones

  • Any TAPI-monitorable Cisco IP Phone/Softphone

  • Any TSAPI-monitorable Avaya IP Phone/Softphone

  • No need for a phone device with MS-Teams (ACS integration)

Phone Lock (included in Call Analytics Enterprise)

  • If your phone does not provide a visual indication of phone status, you may play an announcement or divert the outgoing call attempt to a number returning an unauthorized call message. More details here.

  • Phone locking is also available to other IP phones supporting CTI monitoring.
