Imagicle Virtual receptionist

Imagicle Virtual Receptionist integrates with your existing calling platform to automatically manage incoming company calls through natural, conversational voice interaction with callers, powered by AI.

It enables organizations to offer a consistent and efficient call-handling experience by providing services such as:

  • greeting and welcoming incoming callers

  • routing calls to the appropriate destination based on caller intent

  • answering caller questions using predefined knowledge topics

  • collecting information from callers through guided conversations

  • scheduling and managing appointments

  • integrating with external systems and workflows

The Virtual Receptionist can be configured to support multiple languages and customized call flows, adapting to different business needs and operational scenarios.

Virtual Receptionist types

Starting Spring 2026, you can define and use two different types of Virtual Receptionist:

svgexport-4.svg Scripted: the conversation flow is fixed, based on configurable settings. You can tweak specific voice prompts and relevant actions for each behavior. See here for the configuration details.

Licensing

The Virtual Receptionist license, starting from Spring 2026, includes:

  • a monthly quota of 4,000 minutes (expandable via add-on packages)

  • both the Scripted and Autonomous VR options

  • unlimited number of VR services

Clients subscribed to the Virtual Receptionist service before Spring 2026 may use only the Scripted version. To access Autonomous features, they must upgrade their license (contact sales@imagicle.com for the subscription amendment details).
