These UCX Suite configuration steps are identical regardless of the calling platform (Cisco UCM, Cisco Webex Calling, Microsoft Teams). They only need to be applied once during onboarding, and this page is the shared reference called out by the platform-specific onboarding guides.
Steps that depend on the platform (e.g. the users database source, the camp-on prefix, the SIP trunk) are not included here: those remain in the onboarding guide of the individual platform, which links back to this page for the rest.

Note on camp-on
The camp-on queue configuration uses the same "Adding new waiting queues" page above, but additionally requires a platform-specific unused prefix — this step remains in the onboarding guide of the individual platform.
Note on the users provisioning
Populating the users database (CUCM or AD/LDAP for Cisco UCM, Webex Control Hub or MS Entra ID for Webex Calling, MS Entra ID only for Microsoft Teams) depends on the platform and remains described in the respective onboarding guide.
