Imagicle Call Analytics gets raw CDRs from Webex Calling Control Hub through APIs, to provide Call analytics for both internal and external calls.

Retrieved CDRs are processed and stored into an embedded Imagicle SQL Server instance.

Call Analytics support both single Org and multi Org environments. Multi-Org environments are supported if the dial plan is not overlapped. Environments with combination of multiple hybrid PBXs is also supported.

Imagicle Call Analytics identifies users/extensions placing/receiving phone calls through their telephone numbers or URI: for such reason, environments with overlapped numbers with several users sharing the same extension number are not out of the box and require Imagicle Professional Services to handle these scenarios.
