UCX Suite for CUCM/CCME/WxC DI

Architecture

Imagicle Call Analytics support both single site and multi sites cluster environments.
Multi-clusters is supported if Least Cost Routing for calls to PSTN is not used. 
Imagicle Call Analytics receives the raw CDRs from Cisco UCM/WxC DI or CME through FTP/SFTP protocol. They are immediately processed and stored in embedded or external SQL Server instance.
Imagicle Call Analytics associates the user placing/receiving a call through the combination of the extension + partition/site in the CDR, so fully supporting overlapped dialing plans over locations, as allowed by the Cisco UCM.

Phone Lock module, included in Imagicle Call Analytics Enterprise, interacts with your Cisco UCM system using:

  • TAPI or CURRI (Cisco External Call Control) to monitor and lock phone lines

  • XML to provide IP Phone with a phone service to manually lock/unlock phone line.
