Imagicle Call Analytics supports both single tenant and multi-tenant environments.
Imagicle Call Analytics supports raw CDRs retrieval from Microsoft Teams Cloud, only when MS-Direct Routing or Operator Connect architecture is in place. CDRs are retrieved through an Imagicle Cloud Service and subsequently forwarded to Imagicle UCX Cloud Suite, where they are processed and stored into an embedded Imagicle SQL Server instance.
SBC brand and model is not relevant in this scenario. Imagicle Call Analytics supports any MS-compliant SBC.
Imagicle Call Analytics identifies users placing/receiving phone calls through their SIP URI or phone number, documenting all PSTN inbound and outbound calls. Internal calls among MS-Teams users are currently not supported.
