Reports

Imagicle Digital Fax includes a reporting tool to monitor the volume of fax transactions, fax channels usage and detailed analysis of fax traffic for a specific time frame, with optional filtering by incoming/outgoing traffic, server and outcome status.

Each report can be exported in PDF, Word or Excel format.

Possibility to create schedules for most of the reports, to be sent via email at a specific time and recurrence (ex: Fax volume at the end of each week or month). Scheduled reports can be additionally saved into a shared Windows folder, to be retrieved by a third-party application.
Fax-related CDRs retention is fully configurable. An audit trail file is available, to show reports usage and extracted data by each user.
