On-prem Architecture for CUCM and CCME

Imagicle Digital Fax leverages the Cisco UCM/CME call routing for sending/receiving faxes through the SIP protocol and T.38 transmission with auto fallback capacity to G.711 pass-through.
It is configured as a standard SIP trunk on Cisco UCM/CME, not requiring additional licenses.

If required, Imagicle on-prem UCX Platform can be interfaced to local SIP/MGCP/H.323 Voice Gateways/CUBE for fax routing, or through a direct SIP trunk to service providers.

Cloud Architecture for Webex Calling DI

In a Cloud-based Calling Platform such as Webex Calling Dedicated Instance, Imagicle is providing own UCX Platform in the Cloud, supporting fax SIP routing toward WxC DI through a private peering between Imagicle Cloud and customer’s data center, in turns already peered to Webex Cloud.
