Architectures
Depending on adopted Microsoft Teams architecture, Imagicle offers two different ways to route fax transactions via Secure SIP trunk:
MS Direct Routing
Digital Fax engine connects to an on-prem, Microsoft-certified SBC via Secure SIP trunk, to allow incoming and outgoing fax routing.
Cloud PSTN
Digital Fax engine connects to an Operator Connect Cloud PSTN Provider who offers fax dial plan SIP termination, to allow incoming and outgoing fax routing through a Secure SIP trunk toward SP-owned SBCs.
Imagicle has a set of validated PSTN providers for fax termination. Microsoft own Calling Plans not supported as of now.
