Avaya CM call handling from anonymous numbers

Advanced Queuing for Avaya CM (Aura) 

Description

In Avaya CM (Communication Manager) incoming calls from anonymous numbers are unable to reach Advanced Queuing agents.

Cause

Advanced Queuing receives a 403 Forbidden (Invalid Domain) SIP message from Avaya CM when it tries to make consultation call to the agents. See below screenshot:

Solution

Delete the domain in Far-end Domain field, as below screenshot:
