Reports
Last menu item included into Imagicle EN Voice Alert is called Reports and it allows to access the embedded reporting tool.
From here you can consult historical data related to alert cycles. A report is available to check the proper functioning of alerts. Another report displays the outcome of alerted recipients. Both reports can be exported and/or sent to the administrator’s email address.
By default, the last report of the day is selected. You can select another report by filtering by Entity, Alert’s group, Alert and period.

Report’s Dashboard includes several counters, highlighted in below sample:

Please bear in mind that:
Sent = Alerted + Not Alerted.
Sent does not include “NOT COMPLETED” and “NOT ALERTED”
Report’s Detailed status includes the following data:
OK: The user has answered, listen the audio message the minimum required duration and (if requested) entered the DTMF key,
NOT ACCEPTED: The user has answered but not listen the minimum duration or not entered the DTMF key (if requested).
DECLINED: The user has answered but entered the declined DTMF (if required).
FORWARDED: The line is forwarded and the alert has been configured to skip forwarded lines.
NOT ANSWERED: The user has not answered even after the defined retries
FAILED:Reason : The line could not be dialled or was busy after each defined retries
NOT COMPLETED: The line has not answered and the recycling is not completed
NOT ALERTED: The line has not been dialed yet.

The Execution log provides more detail about alert cycle and attempts to reach the destinations. Each destination typically includes several lines. Logged information are the following:
FORWARDED; NOT DIALED: The destination number is forwarded; depending of the parameters of the alert, it might not be dialed
Dial Succeeded: The destination has been dialed
Dial Failed: The destination is busy, not registered, incorrect or the CTI Ports is not associated to the correct Calling Search Space to dial it.
No Answer; Retry: The destination has not answered within configured no answer timeout. The destination is going to be dialed again.
No Answer; FAILED: The destination has not answered within configured no answer timeout. The maximum number of retries has been reached. The destination is not dialed anymore.
Playing audio alert: The destination has answered and the audio server is playing back the audio message.
Played less than nn sec.; Retry: The audio message has been played back, but the destination hanged-up before waiting for the minimum duration defined for this alert. The destination is going to be dialed again.
Play; SUCCEEDED: The audio message has been played back for the minimum required duration. The alert notification is successful.
LAST TRY => FAILED: All attempts were unsuccessful; The destination is not dialed anymore.
