Server Requirements and supported calling platforms

Server HW and OS

Imagicle Manager-Assistant runs on a Windows Server OS based actual or virtual server. Please find below the minimum requirements:

Windows OS

  • Windows Server 2016 Essentials or Standard, EN or FR

  • Windows Server 2019 Essentials or Standard, EN or FR

  • Windows Server 2022 Standard, EN or FR

Virtualization environments

  • VMWare

  • Microsoft Hyper V

  • Azure

  • Co-residency in Cisco UCS, UCS-E appliances.

Hardware requirements

If your license includes up to 2,500 managers + assistants, then the minimum prerequisites are:

  • 2 x vCPU

  • 4GB RAM

  • 70 GB HDD

If your license includes from 2,500 up to 5,000 managers + assistants, please add:

  • 2GB RAM

  • 30GB HDD

Cisco Calling Platforms Support

Imagicle Manager-Assistant is currently compatible with Cisco UCM.

Supported CUCM versions

10.5, 11, 11.5, 12, 12.5, 14.x, 15.x, BE 6000, BE 7000

CUCM services

Here is a checklist of services that should be enabled on CUCM:

  • SOAP Services

  • Cisco AXL Web Service

  • Cisco CTIManager

  • Cisco Extension Mobility (If Extension Mobility is in use)

  • The Service Parameter “Call Forward Override” must be set to true.

Some IP Phones models require a firmware update to get the maximum compatibility:

  • 69XX : firmware 9.3.1.3

  • 894x : firmware 9.3.2.11

  • 896X et 99X : firmware 9.3.2.10
