Server Requirements and supported calling platforms

Server HW and OS

Imagicle Contact Manager Enterprise runs on a Windows Server OS based actual or virtual server. Please find below the minimum requirements:

Windows OS

  • Windows Server 2016 Essentials or Standard, EN or FR

  • Windows Server 2019 Essentials or Standard, EN or FR

  • Windows Server 2022 Standard, EN or FR

Virtualization environments

  • VMWare

  • Microsoft Hyper V

  • Co-residency in Cisco UCS, UCS-E appliances.

Hardware requirements

If your license includes up to 2,500 users, then the minimum prerequisites are:

  • 2 x vCPU

  • 4GB RAM

  • 70 GB HDD

If your license includes from 2,500 up to 5,000 users, please add:

  • 2GB RAM

  • 30GB HDD

Cisco Calling Platforms Support

Imagicle Contact Manager Enterprise is currently compatible with Cisco UCM.

Supported CUCM versions

10.5, 11, 11.5, 12, 12.5, 14.x, 15.x, BE 6000, BE 7000

Here is a checklist of services that should be enabled on CUCM:
