Failures when uploading recordings to Voice Analytics

In particular circumstances, it might happen that Imagicle Call Recording fails while trying to upload a new recording into Voice Analytics Cloud application.

All different failure types generate a Monitoring event, thus sending email and/or SNMP notifications to administrators.

Recordings are still available in UCX Suite and you can tag failed uploads to allow a retry.

This can be done by accessing Imagicle UCX Suite SQL DB (wherever is embedded, external or in the Cloud) and select “CallRecording” DB table, including the list of all recorded conversation.

Please set VAUploadStatus field to 1 besides each recording you wish to retry the upload and eventually save and exit SQL editor.
